The following guidebooks and booklets have been helpful to many groups in their ToB/L&R discussions:

The Freedom of the Gift – a study guide which follows the text of the Theology of the Body audience by audience. It is specifically for use in a study group (though it can be for individual use also). It is meant to serve as a guide for general understanding and discussion. It contains bullet points summarizing the main points, followed by discussion questions and difficult vocabulary words. Part one (covering Original Unity of Man and Woman – 23 audiences) runs about $4.95 each and Part two (covering Blessed are the Pure of Heart - 40 audiences) is $7.95. Part three covers the sections on the Resurrection of the Body and Virginity for the Sake of the Kingdom and is $4.95. Part 4 will be available by December 2005.
